Steven brings a compelling level of maturity, academic, and technical experience to his problem solving approach, which allows him to both successfully manage and contribute solutions to complex projects. As my Engineering Manager at CardioFocus, he led an effort to identify, source, test, and implement a replacement polymer material when the previous component developed intermittent critical failures in the lab and field. This project became the top corporate priority, with Regulatory, Safety, and Commercial impacts. Steven’s ability to separate the project into manageable pieces, contribute important physical and structural knowledge toward material selection, and drive the project team to a successful conclusion were instrumental, all while operating under a significant spotlight. I would not hesitate to put any critical Operations project under Steven’s charge.
